• Genuinely into design, thoughtfully made products, outdoor living, food, fire cooking
• Enough maturity and polish to work with premium homeowners, hospitality buyers, and design partners
• Patient with a sales process that's relationship-driven, not transactional
• Cares about the brand. We're thoughtful about how we grow, not chasing quick wins

Structure: Open to part time, full time, or commission-only, depending on fit. For the right person at the right time, a path to a more formal role, with equity, is realistic.
