Vuuris warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

Covered:

• Structural integrity of the stainless steel pit, small base, and large base.
• Defects in the carbon steel cooking plate and accessories.

Not Covered (Exclusions):

• Normal wear and tear, including patina, discoloration, or surface rust.
• Rust on the carbon steel cooking plate.
• Visual irregularities inherent to the manufacturing process of Vuuris products, including minor variations in the natural patina or weld points
• Damage from misuse, overheating (e.g., overfilling, tropical hardwoods causing warping), thermal shock (e.g., water on hot unit), accidents, modifications, improper storage, or not following the recommended guidelines/tips.
• Cosmetic issues, stains, scratches, or enamel damage from normal use or impact accidents 
• Exposure to saltwater/extreme conditions.
• Commercial use or short-term rentals (limited warranty of 1 year for all products with same conditions)

Duration:

• Pit and bases: Limited 10-Year Warranty.
• Cooking plate and accessories (e.g. grills, spatulas, apron): 2-Year Limited Warranty.

Claims Process:

• Contact us through the website contact form with proof of purchase, photos, and description.
• If validated, we will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion; shipping costs may apply after year 1).
• Warranty is non-transferable.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Vuuris disclaims all other warranties to the extent permitted.
