Vuuris ships products within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us via our contact form.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some products may be made or finished to order and can take up to 4 weeks before shipping.
• Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times vary depending on product, stock availability, and your location. Typical estimates range from 5-20 business days after shipping. A delivery estimate will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. 
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time.
• Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
• Shipping Damage: Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any damage is visible, note it with the carrier at delivery. Report any damage or missing items to us within 72 hours of receipt via our contact form with photos and order details. We will assist by arranging a replacement or filing a claim with the carrier.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Vuuris. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
• Process: Contact us via the contact form for return authorization (required). We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (freight for large items can be significant). 
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees or restocking fees (if applicable). Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; please return and place a new order.
